Submitting this entry constitutes acceptance and agreement to these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules (“Terms”) of the “Giveaway” promotion (“Promotion”). ELIGIBILITY: Legal U.S. residents ≥ 25-years old with annual household income ≥ $50,000 and valid U.S. Social Security No. or Tax Id. No. who timely submits a valid entry. Sponsors’ owners, their employees, their immediate family members, and all persons conducting the Promotion are ineligible. Additionally, the Promotion is void where prohibited by law. ENTRY: Eligible entrants must complete a lead generation slip and place/drop such lead generation slip in a drop box in place to receive such slips. Incomplete entries, and entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. The Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind, or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Contest without prior notification. PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins at 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on Jan. 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Dec. 31, 2025, according to Sponsor’s time clock. WEEKLY PRIZE: $1,000 in cash. GRAND PRIZE: The grand prize potential winner has a choice of (a) up to $12,000 to be applied against a 12-month lease of a vehicle selected by Sponsor; or (b) $12,000 in cash. SECONDARY PRIZES: (a) $1,000 VISA gift card (face value); (b) Fantasy Trip with up to $1500 in airfare, 3 nights hotel accommodations; and $500 spending money (Approx. Retail Value $3,000); and (c) Sports/Music Fanatic Giveaway of 4 tickets to any sporting/music event of up to $1,000 in actual retail value. The potential winner(s) will be notified via telephone and then each potential winner must follow the prize claim instructions provided in the Prize Notification or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, in form and substance satisfactory to the Sponsor, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (as applicable), or does not comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the applicable prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the applicable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among all applicable eligible entries. The potential winner who complies with all of the foregoing requirements and ultimately receives a prize is known as a “Winner”. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prizes are subject to availability. Winners are not entitled to any surplus between the actual retail value of his/her Prize and its stated approximate retail value; and any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. All prizes are non-transferable. All Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the Prize are at the Winner’s sole risk and the Sponsor is not responsible for damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of any of the Prize. If Winner is unable to accept the Prize or any portion of the Prize for any reason, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such Winner. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will use an automated random drawing to select from all eligible entries (a) one (1) potential Weekly Drawing Winner of a Weekly Prize beginning on or about Jan. 10, 2025 and continuing weekly through Jan. 9, 2026; and (b) at the conclusion of the Promotion one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and three (3) potential Secondary Prize Winners on or before Feb. 1, 2026. Weekly Drawing Winners will remain eligible for Grand and Secondary Prizes. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning each prize depend on total number of eligible entries. Each eligible entry has equal chance of winning. FEES: No money, fee, charge, or other consideration required to be paid to Sponsor to receive, use or redeem any prize. Prize winners responsible for all taxes and fees applicable to their prizes, including vehicle pickup/ delivery, registration, and excess mileage fees. OTHER RULES: Void outside the U.S. States and where prohibited by law. Grand Prize Winner must qualify for and agree to dealership lease agreement prior to taking possession of vehicle. If required by applicable law, winner must provide Sponsor a completed Form W-9 and be issued a Form 1099. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters are final. All Promotion-related disputes are governed by Pennsylvania law and will be adjudicated on an individual basis exclusively in a Pennsylvania court.
